The new Guandong Collections rely on technical guidelines outlined by Guandong, to which Eastern production must adhere strictly.
We are dealing with innovative solutions that anticipate market trends and meet the various requirements of European Dealers and OEM customers. Moreover, the new range of products is in line with the “Green Life for Digital Media” policy: this project, promoted by Guandong Italia and launched about one year ago, aims to offer new product lines characterized by an increasing focus on ecology and on recyclable material.
GUANDONG NEW ENTRIES - Cotton Canvas and Polyester Canvas, both gloss and matt, suitable for dye-pygment inks and for UV printing as well, that enhance and enrich Guandong Textile Collection. - Full PET white/white, white/grey, backlit and blockout 300 and 450 my – now available also in the widths 91.4 and 106 cm – that complete Guandong Plastic Collection focusing on the green policy. - Intercast, the New generation banner that includes a wide variety of products, from the 340gsm laminated to the 800gsm cast.
 
| Green Life for Digital Media is a project promoted by Guandong to contribute to the development of printing processes more and more oriented at the environmental care. This project aims to offer new product ranges characterized by an increasing focus on ecology and on material’s recyclability. Moreover, the target of Guandong company is to meet market requirements as regards eco-friendly printers.
Guandong launched the project “Green Life for Digital Media” at the beginning of 2010, by presenting to the market two new product lines: Plastic Collection, a “green recipe for PVC” that reduce by 50% the use of polyvinyl chloride and Textile Colllection, a complete range of eco-textile products including Cotton Canvas and Polyester Canvas, both matt and gloss, and polyester flag. These renewed product lines have been developed by Guandong after a thorough study and careful tests, by cooperating with selected and highly specialized Chinese partners.
By following the “Green Life for Digital Media” policy, Guandong aims to offer recyclable media, that is eco-friendly media which do not need extra energy sources for disposal processes. Moreover, as regards Guandong new entries, the use of PVC is reduced, it being understood that the use of PVC for autoestinguish items is and remains a must, because of the lack of alternative technology. As a matter of fact, nowadays, within visual communication world, the 60% of required products is still made up of PVC. | |
